Will,
Is there any way to find your youtube demos of songs for which you provided tab & music?
Cheers,
Nick

Hi Mike - memory going is a problem, and my only suggestion as a stopgap is just to play the stuff over and over again, with the charts/tabs/words in front of you if need be. That, to a certain extent, locks them into the memory.

Cheers,

Bob. I too have arthritis in both shoulders, and also in my wrists, hands, and neck. I find that the arthritis slows me down, but rarely stops me reaching the frets that I need. It just means that I can't play fast stuff any more (not that it was ever my strong point). What slows me down even more is my failing memory, remembering the tune, the chords, the left and right hand patterns, and the words is becoming increasingly difficult.

Best

Hi Bob. If arthritis is restricting your shoulder movement, then it might make sense to keep your chord changes down on the root position, rather than moving up and down the fretboard. But, of course, only you know how far your arm movements will take you.

Cheers,

Hi Will, I've been enjoying many of your videos especially the Westphalia Waltz. I own a VW Westfalia!!

I'm having trouble learning how to change chords quickly as I have arthritis in my left shoulder. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Bob

Morning will...

Be careful of your willingness... I can put a list together... Been spending some time getting familiar w/ your other videos...

I had a complete Sunday yesterday by myself and really worked on the Tennessee Waltz.. Nicest Sunday afternoon in a while... Great hearing from you...

Regards,
Kyle
